Our quality assurance is handled in several stages and is based on the following factors:

  • Selection of a translator based on strict criteria (native speaker, education, expertise, level of professional experience, sample translation, etc.)
  • Careful assignment analysis with detailed clarification of customer demands
  • Clarification of questions during the translation process
  • Use of customer-specific glossaries
  • Use of translation memory applications (e.g. Trados) to ensure terminology consistency
  • Tight project management with progress control
  • Proofreading and final review
  • Requesting customer feedback and discussing the feedback with the translator(s).

With the timely provision of reference materials and additional resources such as company-specific terminology and glossaries, previous translations with source texts, illustrations, etc. you offer important preparatory assistance to our translators.
